MetrikCM was founded by Ernesto Gonzalez Vaughan, a Senior Architect and Project Executive with over 25 years of experience delivering complex projects across the United States and Latin America.
Ernesto holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute and a Construction Management diploma from New York University. His career spans some of the most demanding project types in the industry — from high-rise residential towers in Sunny Isles Beach and Fort Lauderdale, to the $100M historic restoration of Grand Central Terminal in New York City, to boutique hospitality developments in Bogotá.
He has worked at every level of the project lifecycle — as a project architect at respected US firms, as a senior project manager overseeing design and construction teams, and as a developer-side advisor supporting real estate clients through planning, budgeting, and delivery. That breadth — design, documentation, construction, and management — is what MetrikCM is built on.
Today, Ernesto leads a team of US-trained architects and construction management professionals based in Bogotá, with team members actively working on US projects. The model is simple: bring senior-level A/E and CM expertise to small and mid-size US firms at a cost structure that makes sense.
